Boyden Bowl
The Boyden Bowl is typically held at the start of the school year. This family friendly event serves as an "ice breaker" for all Boyden families at the start of each new school year. Any student who beats Mr. Dearborn's score receives a prize!

Fun Run
The Boyden Fun Run is a fun school, family and community event to promote health and exercise, as well as raise funds for the Boyden PAC. The event typically takes place in the fall and includes a 1 mile fun run and a 5K (3.1 mile) road race. Both races are professionally timed and results are posted after the race, as well as on www.coolrunning.com. There are age group categories for trophies for both races. Families often stay for a bit after the races to socialize with friends and neighbors, as well as enjoy refreshments that are available. Be sure to review the list of sponsors for this wonderful family event. Many local businesses provide donations; we couldn't offer the Fun Run without them!

Holiday Shop & Breakfast
Boyden families are invited to come and fill their bellies with pastries, doughnuts and coffee and juice. As holiday music fills the halls and cafeteria, Boyden students and their friends and families are invited to visit with neighbors, catch up with old friends and get into the holiday spirit. You can also check out the raffle baskets provided by Boyden teachers, which include the always popular "Principal for the day."

After breakfast, students may enter the Holiday Shoppe where they can shop away! Students can bring lists of people to buy for and the shop staff will gladly help them pick out the perfect gift as well as wrap the items. This event is always held on the first Saturday in December and is a great way to kick off the Holiday Season!
